Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow that link anytime to see your order’s progress. If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder just in case!

Shipping times can vary, but most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. If it’s been more than 10 days since shipping, reach out to us at rachel@theheartylife.org and I’ll help track it down.

Our spice blends are prepared in a facility that may also handle common allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe allergies should use their own discretion before purchasing or consuming our products.

Due to the nature of food products, all spice blend sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rachel@theheartylife.org with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Absolutely. Each wide-mouth amber glass jar is designed to be reused or recycled. Wash thoroughly, dry completely, and repurpose for spices, salts, or small pantry items.

Each blend is best enjoyed within 24 months of purchase for peak flavor and freshness. Because there are no preservatives or anti-caking agents, store your jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to help them last longer. Though properly stored spices are safe to use beyond that date.
